I absolutely cant get over how wonderful their customer service is! I have a few autoships set up with them for dog feed, cat feed and chicken feed, plus my horse feed. I added a bag late last night, wasnt wearing my glasses apparently and I added the wrong feed. I didnt discover that until this evening... I was feeding and decided to check on my order because my barrel is almost empty... that's when I saw what I did. I called them immediately and the gal on the phone was so kind.... I told her my mistake and unfortunately my order had already shipped, but she told me not to worry, She refunded my money and told me to donate the feed to a rescue if I could..  she also rushed my correct feed order and itll be here Wednesday at no extra charge, she also only charged me half price for my correct feed for my "inconvenience " I told her it was my mistake and I'd gladly pay normal pricing on it.. she said looking at my past orders I had always gotten this feed and they should have sent me an email confirming the change in feed before shipping, I didnt get any emails from them this time. I typically do get a reminder a shipment is getting ready. Such a wonderful company... she then started asking questions about my horses, names and such... she was so sweet! I had no idea they were open 24/7 there. I told her if they would deliver my groceries,  I'd never have to leave my house lol! I can literally get every thing I need, feed wise, for all my critters, from them.

I love chewy! I had ordered some fish mox for my moms fish since they hadn't been doing well in their tank.....I received my package and someone had accidentally sent me 12 bottles of the fish fox. So I emailed and asked if there was a return shipping address for me to send the remaining 11 bottles and they told me to keep them. I still feel bad though cause I have 11 bottles of a fish antibiotic hanging out in my pantry, but they were great! And around Christmas, they had sent me a hand painted custom picture of my corgi girl. I love it so much.

I order just about everything for my dog off chewy, except for her prescription food.

I just recently started using them. They are much cheaper than buying from the grocery stores. The shipping is super fast. I didn't realize how much horse stuff they carry.

I've always wondered about Chewy.com for my dog food but I never thought they'd have horse feed.
I'll have to jump on see if they carry what I feed.

She told me last night during our conversation that they are trying to expand more on equine feeds and supplements, etc etc... I'll be curious to see what else they end up carrying. I know they carry standlee products right now too. Bluebonnet, buckeye, tribute, some other feeds I've not heard of too.

I don't use chewy often because I live a 2 minute drive to the stores I usually buy food from, but if you don't use Rakuten when you order from Chewy you're missing out. I buy all my horse feed & bedding online & pick up in store and then the cash back I save actually covers my dog & cat food every quarter. Or you can use it to spend right back at Chewy or wherever. Just a suggestion for those who don't use it when they order

How are the prices?  I usually order my dog and cat food from walmart.com and get free shipping.  The last time I check at Chewy's, their prices were quite a bit higher.

In my case the prices are about the same or a little lower on chewy. I bought the same dog food in a pinch at the feed store it was $29.99 there and I usually get it on chewy for $21.99 same size .... it just depends on what you feed and apparently where you live. I pay higher prices for bluebonnet horse feed than most everyone I know, for some sad reason so the prices on chewy arent that bad to me. Plus convenience... I'm a hermit ... I hate going to town and another thing all the feed I've gotten from chewy is always fresh. I like to check labels.  I'm not going to drive 30-45 miles to save $8 if I dont have to lol!

I love chewy! If you get on chewy through Rakuten (formerly ebates) you get 3% back! I don't think it works for subscriptions though. I'll attach a link to join for those that don't have it :) I use it all the time when shopping online.

I did compare the prices between Wal-Mart and Chewy on their dog and cat foods, I use Bella dog food, cat chow and moist cat food and they were the same as one another..On my last order I got a pretty good discount from Chewy.

They don't carry purina ultium. I'll have to keep checking. I'd much rather order it then having to go to the feed store to get it, I'm slightly anti-social and there is a gal I cannot stand that works at the feed store ha ha

They are way cheaper on my dog food. I just bought a bag but I'm going to give it a try for dog & cat food when I'm getting close to out.
