How is everybody fairing/dealing with this hazy dust? If you look at the ridge out here you can see how it really covers the top of it, just really hazy..

Now the ridge has disappeared, the dust has really thicken out here.. 

We're not seeing it in Kansas yet but our weatherman assured us that in coastal states you will see beautiful sunsets and sunrises because of the dust.  So watch for it.

Yesterday was a really awesome sunset, the sun looked huge and looked like the moon setting, with some cool looking clouds going over it, we were driving down the highway to drop off my grandson in San Marcos and watched the sun setting, didnt want to pull over to take pictures since that highway is not safe for doing that, wish we could have gotton a picture thou, it was really cool looking.

I dont get up in time for the sun rise so going to just watch for the sun sets, lol.

So next time we have a good sun set I'll try to get pictures

You would think being in Florida you would be seeing some beautiful sun sets with this dust..

we are not even seeing sun its grey soup  3 day grey haze i am in panhandle

Same here.  I'm thinking maybe our weather guy is full of beans.

LOL, I only saw one sun set that was awesome, but yesterday the dust was so thick nothing came threw and it was just milky and hazy all day long. Its a bit better today

Not enough that I have Kansas dust settling on objects in my home....now I have dust from Africa.

Oh oh, was that racist.  It was like a cloudy day here all day long but I think it was just dust covering the sun.

I am coping with it by having another beer.
