Today is
This is our kitty velvet. We adopted her from our vet. Some sicko brought her in when she was due any day to have her kittens & said she wanted her spayed. Vet said no way. She said well then put her down. We adopted her after kittens were weaned. We have the neatest kitty. She loves playing ball & as you will see by the video she retrieves & brings the ball to me. So now I guess I am a cat lady. We now have 4 kittys, 2 others that we adopted cause they just showed up here. One we got from a friend of ours.
Nevermind, the video of her won't download :(
I had a cat in college that would retrieve. Her name was Puddin, and we had more fun with her--She was relentless when it came to fetching!!
Someone dumped a cat out around here and she came to my house. Next thing I know she has 4 kittens. She is THE most affectionate cat and a tremendous mouser. She had taught those kittens to mouse. They are killer dillers. Really good kitties. Had momma kitty spayed and wil have the one female spayed as well. Then will get the males fixed. Someone messed up because these are good cats.
I wish I could get the video to show. It's priceless
All of our Bengals and Savannas have been fetchers. One would wear you out throwing his mouse for him!
I have a long-haired calico who is a beautiful girl (Gracie). She fetches too. She likes little wads of paper and the fun part is throwing them down the basement stairs and watching her go after them like a little bullet.
One of my cats loves LOVES ice cubes, everytime he hears me or anyone else getting ice he runs to the freezer door and waits for a ice cube to hit the floor and he chases it all over the kitchen and then carrys it his special spot and licks and licks it till its all gone then hes really for another one to hit the floor.
Got velvets video to you tube. Gotta love this cat.

That reminds me so much of Puddin--I'm so glad you rescued her.
