I have to figure out how to help my MIL on a house.  I have been shopping tiny homes, and looking at steel building to turn into a home.  She just needs a small one bc it is only her and needs 1 bedroom.  I wish she would just live with us or let us add on for her but she independant! She wants her own space! which i do understand.

What is the cheapest option but yet quality.  She doesnt have much income and is on SSI but she has saved up a fair amount to get started on something.  I am so wanting to find or build something that she wont be in debt for long or to pay cash for. 

It will be on our place! Cannot do a mobile it is long story! 

So what have you done or any ideas.  I am obsessed with marketplace and found one deal but I was too late. 

I did find where I can get a steel square tubing metal building for 4500 20x20 but my husband says that the money will get up there bc of the wood to turn into house and that you might as build a house.  Has anyone done something like this?
