I don' know if you noticed, but the Lord's mercy endures FOREVER. In Psalm 136:10-26 To Him who struck Egypt in their firstborn, for His mercy endures forever. And brought out Israel from among them, for His mercy endures forever. With a strong hand, and with an outstretched arm, for His mercy ENDURES forever.and made Israel pass through the midst of it, for His mercy endures forever. But overthrew Pharaoh and his army in the Red Sea, for His mercy endures forever; to HIm who let His people through the wilderness, for His mercy endures forever; and slew famous kings, for His mercy endures forever; Simon king of Amorities, for his mercy endures forever, and gave their land as a heritage, who remembered US in our lowly state, for His mercy endures forever and rescued us from our enemies, who gives food to all flesh, Oh GIVE THANKS TO GOD in heaven! FOR HIS MERCY ENDURES FOREVER!  The psalmist makes it clear to ANYONE question whether or not the Lord's mercy is going to be around that it MOST DEFINITELY is not going anywhere. The SAME God whose mercy was so well known in the Old Testament demonstrated His mercy in MAGNIFICENT way when He sent Jesus into the wold to save sinners like you and me. We did NOTHING to deserve this EXTRAORDINARY gift. Our response to His wonderful mercy SHOULD BE THANKSGIVING and WORSHIP.  I don't know how you have been the recipient of His mercy recently, but I DO KNOW you HAVE BEEN.
