I bought a mare 3 years ago and i keep in touch with the previous owners.  We contact each other on holidays and I text a picture of the mare to them. They want to buy her back when I don't ride her anymore.  She is 17 yrs old and has the beginning of arthritis.  She is my trail riding horse. They love to see pictures of her. I hope that that they truly will be her back. 

the other horse was a stud we owned for 7 years. I lost track of him when the second owner sold him.  Found him a couple years back through FB. That owner gave me updates.  We both cried this summer when she found him dead in pasture at the age of 21.  She figures heart attack or just died in sleep.
