My husband and I are 18 years apart. I am 27, he is 46. It completely works for us. In the beginning it was weird for me sometimes but now I don't even bat and eye on it. I will say you will notice some things that are different with that big of an age gap. The one I notice the most is the differences in crowds/friends, where they are at in life versus where I am. But it has its perks too =)

I am 6 years younger than my hubby. If you are happy together than don't worry about it. Age is just a number. 

I'm 59 and my husband is 53.  We have made it work for 23 years.  We have one child together.  He loves his cars and me my horses. Lol
