If anyone has any good dairy free Christmas treat recipes (my little boy is lactose intolerant) please share! I am always on the hunt for baked goods recipes that my little guy can eat.
Not necessarily for Christmas but I have a 5 ingredient brownie recipe.
1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup salted butter, melted
2 eggs
1/3 cup cocoa powder
whisk together butter and eggs then mix with dry ingredients.
bake in a 9x9 baking pan on 350.
bake 25-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
I'm going to do chocolate chip cookies, almond joy cookies and brownies from scratch to give out. I may also stop at the local mom and pop candy store and get another treat to include with the goodies I give out.

oh crap. I guess butter is dairy. duh. Maybe the butter can be substituted for something else.
