I left for awhile after I became 'horseless'...I check in now and again.
Miss the old days...we finally did get a houseboat and no, I didn't name it the Pineapple Express...however tempting it was...haha.
LOL...... So what did you name the boat?
'He' had his own name...General Sam...we kept it, couldn't imagine renaming...should have been The Big Olive!!! So good to see everyone post again...BHW was a very important part of my daily life & I'll always be grateful for the friends & memories...so many laughs and a TON of information! Blessings all...good to know that if we get kidcked off here it won't be because of the servers |

I pop in from time to time. Like a few others I likely wasn't missed. But that's ok. I do miss Laramie though and I think of her from time to time and wonder how all her kids are doing. Does anyone happen to know?
Oh yes you have been missed! |

I can read and learn and not get bombarded with all of the adds, junk, and negativity on FB. I hope traffic here continues to pick up. I really wish more producers would take the extra time to add events here. |

Mud boy belongs to me, Coug named him Yard years ago because he was always outside in the yard. lol It still fits too. He's always outside running any kind of equipment he get his hands on and his tractors are the real thing now. |

I miss Julie and Tia and Jennifer in here. Who was the guy who owned a B & B? Not many like him, but I did.
that's Jimmy isn't it? He owned a BBQ restaurant that was supposed to be real good. Somewhere in Texas. Is he TxDad, or something like that?
Julie Gerona from Florida. The guy I'm talking about pulled everybody's strings. It was hysterical. He was quite a flamboyant character. I miss too.

| I didn't really leave, but slowed down posting for sure. I recognize all these OG'S its really awesome to see this! I've definitely leaned on this group a bunch from going thru an ugly divorce to my son going thru cancer... everyone here was/is absolutely amazing... this forum will always hold a very special place in my heart. And just a quick Jacob update.. he's doing awesome! Still healthy as can be and playing sports like a stud... his hair is so long! Its gorgeous.. we promised him after chemo that his hair would grow back and we wouldn't complain about it being long lol! A few recent pics of him. He just had another scan yesterday as a matter of fact and I'm still awaiting his results, we go see his oncologist tomorrow for a follow up. But everything has been just perfect for him. |

Location: Down South | I remember joining back in the day when my desktop computer cost me $3300 and the monitor weighed about 20 pounds! Eventhough I was in my 40's, I was kinda new to riding horses. I learned so much from being on the forum. I posted some but mainly I just read and absorbed and learned alot. I do remember wanting to be assigned that "coveted BHW name". It never happened. LOL I have dropped in and looked and read from time to time, but haven't posted in along time. Until today, when I came to the forum looking for help/answers/experiences. Then I saw this post and started reading. I remember so many of your names. |

I've stuck around here and there.
I've been here since 2004 but there are tons of folks from back then who seem to be gone forever. Mac, Melissa, WAI, Nevertooold, Carlos, lots of people that just lost interest.
Wow I can't believe someone remembered me! Hope everyone is doing great. |

But use the one straight above, and hit "forgotten password" I logged off, and tried it just now, and it works! |
