Anyone have a suggestion for a good one? I've been having a tough time finding one that's affordable and that actually works. I kind of like one I was trying and should probably just stick to it, but there might be another that's better. Currently I use Plexus Probio. It's kinda spendy but never gave any adverse side effects. I have a sensitive gut.

If your looking at a PRO-biotic, forco won't get you there, its NOT a probiotic. Its a PRE biotic. I have just started taking digestive enzyes and love the results so far!

That was one I had my eye on. I just can't really justify spending $45-50 on one for myself... my horse... no problem lol! That's why I'm looking for an alternative to the probios I've been taking. Thank you!

So they don't upset your stomach or cause heartburn or nasty burping? ... that's what happened to me after I tried a different one that was a little cheaper ... I only took it twice and that's all I could bare.. it was horrible!

I use spring vallet probiotics from walmart. They have capsules or gummies. I used Plexus for awhile and really liked them but to me the walmart ones work just as well. My GI is so sensitive and I have to take something daily or its not a pleasant experience for me.

I'm so glad you asked this question!  I also do the plexus one but would love a cheaper alternative!

I was doing the Bio Cleanse and the Probios together and felt it was really good and worked. I got shingles a few months back and when I started using the probiotics,  they are less severe and pretty non existent.... but it's so $$$$   ever since they changed their "pink drink" formula I'm weary if they changed other formulas too, like so many companies do.. I use to really like that drink and the products... not so much anymore. I think I can find something just as effective and way less expensive! There are just so dang many out there, it's a little overwhelming

About two years ago, I had pancreatitis. Doctor gave me a prescription that was $777 a month. ( no not a typo $777). Gaston enterologist told me to get a product a Walmart which was $6 and about the same thing. It was made in China so that stopped that one. Found this on Amazon.  I take it before each meal but have pretty well gotten down to morning and evening. Last several months so fairly economical.
