I can see so many things going wrong with this.  It cuts out the county currently receiving the tax dollars from that company so it goes directly to the state.  Nevada has large areas of undeveloped land (I also see a run on these companies trying to buy BLM land) and now heaven knows who (probably China) is going to have their fingers in our state & local government pies.  

Pretty scary stuff if you ask me.

I also just read where 200 actors and activists have written a letter to Joe Biden demanding that he shut down the Dakota Access Pipeline.  Must be nice to be a millionaire idiot living in your own little bubble.

This scenario reminds of yesteryear involving The Company Stores connected to Mining Companies.

That is a very legitimate question.  There has been an ongoing battle for water rights in Nevada since some of our less populated areas have large underground aquafers that the more populated areas have been trying to requisition water from for years.
