I picked up a run a round trailer yesterday and the carpet in the dressing room needs a good cleaning, in the nose and floor.  The lazy person in me wants to take a pressure washer to the entire dressing room. lol

Any suggestions on how to get a good cleaning done on the carpet?  

Ha ha ha ha, my first though was the pressure washer Its that outdoor/indoor type of carpet right? Do you have any pictures to see how the setup is. Maybe try a good carpet cleaner spray on that you can vaccum out.

Yes it is the indoor outdoor stuff.  I don't have a pic but it is an all aluminum gooseneck even the floor in the dressing room.  Good idea, I may start with the spray on carpet cleaner, see if Home Depot has an industrial strength.

And another try would be dawn dish soap, scrub the carpet with it (with water added of course, ) and if you have a wet vac use it to get the water up, but I use Dawn for just about every thing and its great on greasy stuff too. 

You could also try a carpet shampoo-er. There's a lot of places you can rent one from, if you don't have your own.

Hand held shampooer.  Pressure washer will make it too wet.
