In regard to my previous post regarding Saddle Right.....The company has offered to replace with no charge bc the gullet of the torn pad is a C where it should be an A. (I was unaware there were different options.) Hopefully this experience and post will be helpful for anyone purchasing a new one.  I have used  Saddle Right pads for  years and have not had a problem with any until this one. Also, the representative stated that the wording in the guarantee, which will to be updated and clarified.
