Yes. A specialty hospital put my horse on it after 9 months of frequent colic episodes, which turned out to be related to coastal hay. I can't say I noticed any improvement. He continued to colic until we finally figured it was the hay causing the issues. The Relyne GI never relieved the problem in the interim. It was expensive too!

Relyne helps with ulcers so if the problem isn't ulcer Related it probably won't make a huge difference.  I had a gelding that doesn't haul very well. He goes off feed. He gets ulcergard every weekend I haul. Back in June he had two colic episodes with in a week.  Got him scoped and he had grade 2 ulcers.  Which was incredibly frustrating because I was using ulcergard.  So I treated him and he wasn't gaining the weight I wanted to see. He was eating better but picky still when hauled, even after I finished a month of gastrogard. I started him on relyne and it has been a godsend. I still give ulcergard every weekend but relyne daily.  He is eating on the road and gained weight!! I won't take him off if it.
