I don't know all their tree options for barrel saddles, but it looks to be a Buster Welch or Beau Galyean for the ones I scrolled through.

A Buster Welch has steeper bars and the Beau Galyean fits a flatter, wider back better. You can pick your options for how big you want the front end and your cantle as far as the tree goes. Most everything after that is esthetics.
