As well as Pence ...... the distinction between those two men (Biden & Pence) and Trump is that they readily and willingly turned over documents that "may" have been taken by mistake ...... unlike Trump who lied, tried to HIDE those documents, and then refused to turn them over.
Biden's were scattered from a "think tank" at UPenn to Chinatown to his garage. Sounds responsible to me.

No, NJJ it's a problem on both sides of the fence and all should carry the same punishment. They all know better than to take those files, but they do it anyway. |

True. And, I personally feel that Bieden's was a bigger crime. He took stuff during his years as a senator and VP and didn't have the authority. It's kinda like telling your mom the truth, when she says - if you tell me now, it won't hurt as bad. That is why Biden gave them back so quickly. So it wouldn't hurt so bad. |
