Good Morning!

I am casually looking for stallion suggestions for this mare.  Her papers are not as spectacular as she is.  She is a stocky 15 h Chestnut mare.  The TEJ is definately prominate in her looks.

She is the most honest horse I will probably ever ride.  Shes a solid 2D mare.  I'm apprehensive about breeding but this mare is one I would really like a foal from.  Shes the type I wish you could clone.

I really like the FWF lines as my other mare is FWF but I am not sure what others feel would cross well with this mare.

The two studs I really like are Nitty Gritty Flit and FlameWaterFlit.

I am open to suggestions.

Thank you in advance.

Do it NOW. She's getting old to be maiden. That's really good old school papers. Don't be ashamed of them. Bred to a little more run and some enrolled in FF or an incentive program near you. Id say no Frenchman's Guy studs.

There's always room for speed.  Depending on budget of the stud fee, I would breed to Ivory James or a son.

Thank you, I was planning on soon.  All the stud horse prospects I had in mind are also getting up there.  I agree on Frenchmans Guy.  I was a little nervous on the FWF also unless it was one with run on the papers.  I do love Ivory James.  I was very intersted in a FWF x Ivory James but life got in the way of that purchase.

Thank you for the suggestions.

Contact Mary Crago she is on FB.  She has several nice Studs however I've raised two great horses. One is out of a Smart Little Lena mare, by her Fire On Bug stud, the other is out of an own daughter of Bully Bullion by her CM Nonstop Nitro stud horse.  Love them both, very level headed and SMART!

Good Luck!

This.  Crago's have some really nice studs and Mary will be honest about who she thinks will cross well with your mare and she's good at this.
