I'm stumped on this one. Anyone on here know the maker's stamp "MDP 6013" ?

It's got rust but I think that's what it says. The shank looks super similar to an Elliott Spur Up 03 Medium Shank with a twisted 3 piece dogbone mouth. But I know that it's definitely not an Elliott! It's a handy little bit and I am dang sure curious on where it came from. Thanks!
