Anyone have the Ford factory installed gooseneck prep package?  Looking at a 2022 F350 dually that has it installed.  We have B&W turnover hitches on all of our other trucks.  Looking for opinions on the Ford factory installed gooseneck prep package and adding a drop in B&W ball, which shows to be compatible with this factory setup.  Anyone with experience?  Thanks.

Yep!! My 2019 and now 2023 also have the factory set up and haven't given me any issues I also use the BW drop in ball. THe Ford one ( Reese I believe) doesn't look good to me. Plastic locking keeper on top. The BW has the big handle and works great!

I have a 22 F350 that came with the pkg. it has the B and W turnover ball with a plastic flipper on top. Didn't think the plastic part would last, but it has, gping on 2 yrs. With a lot of hauling. So far, zero complaints.
