Saw a FB post that said Prefiert paid someone to make pads for the corners but alley guy wouldn't put them up.

The posts were wrapped with that black foam wrap we use for winter plumbing which isn't gonna do much, but it was something I guess. Padding wasn't going to change the outcome of what happened to Dona with him hitting almost half his chest on it. Proper padding would have to be designed well in advance to not hinder gate movements. Maybe they'll adjust for next year, but barrel racers are on the bottom of their give a shhhh list there
