There's a big sale on the paste. Anyone actually tried it on their horses.

I just finished up a twice a day compounded powder from my vet, sure hoping that it worked.  I have her on Forco now and am doing the gastrogard the day before and day of race, Plus Zestera before we run.  I'm going to try to stop the gastrogard after she has been on the Forco longer to see how we get along.  Fingers Crossed!

I heard Zestera is good to use. However I don't know a single person I know that actually uses it

A couple years ago a friend said it helped her horse. I bought some 10 days ago, it finally showed up today, just started it. I think they were backed up on shipping due to their black Friday sale. I figure for the price, I am willing to try compared to a complete UlcerGard/GastroGard regimen.

Another option is the esomprazole magnesium(Nexium generic) regimen. You can buy it off Amazon or Walmart.

Working at a trainers facility, a client brought in Zesterra to try. No difference in the horses we gave it to. Don't know if it didn't work or they didn't need it. I'm not cussing it, but for the price I'd try the omeprazole
