Does anyone have a good sale contract that includes sellers right to an embryo on a mare?

You could probaly use this and just add in the embryo portion.

I've found it is best to pull as many embryos BEFORE you sell the mare as you can and freeze them. If you are planning on getting embryos later make sure to include a clause about her care.

It's recently happened to many friends where they've sold and are unable to obtain any viable embryos b/c of proper care and handling of the mare...include clauses about compliance with stud owners and managers in order to obtain a viable embryo. Also remember that this contract is still no guarantee that it will be actually done.

That is what the plan is. The embryos will be pulled before the buyers take ownership. They would make down payment, embryos pulled, then mare would be paid in full.
